Please note, that all orders placed Monday through Thursday before 5 PM PDT time are shipped within 2-3 business days.  Some orders come out of our vendor's warehouse which means it might take a bit longer.  For info contact us at any time:

Shipping Method

  • Our standard shipping method for our customers is USPS Priority Mail

International Orders: We ship Prioity Mail Flat Rate Envelope ($14.95-$19.95).  WE WILL REFUN YOUR MONEY IF SHIPPING WAS LESS THEN WHAT YOU WERE CHARGED. 

Some order will have a separated shipping cost which will say in the product description.

Return or Exchange Merchandise

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, send it back to us! We'll be happy to make an exchange or issue a refund for the original price paid when the item is returned to us within 14 days of receiving it.

YOU MUST CONTACT US TO GET THE INFO AS TO WHERE TO RETURN THE ITEM.  DEPANDS ON THE REASON OF THE RETURN, SHIPPING FEE MIGHT APPLY.

We can only accept the return of merchandise in new, unworn, unwashed or unused condition, and with a copy of the receipt. This includes postal time in transit, so be sure to mail your return in time for it to arrive in TARZANA, CA by the 14th day.

We can make no exceptions to this 14-day rule!

Mommy and Kids Allure Boutique does not refund the cost of shipping. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days.

Upon receipt, we will refund your account (within 14 days). If receipt is not available we will exchange the item, for the same price or less, or write you a Store Credit (write to us at info@shopninemoons.com).
